Contact Moonstone Gold Online
Tell us what you need help with and provide an email address for our reply. Please do not include bank details in your message.
In your message, include a brief description of the issue and what you would like us to check. For example, tell us whether your enquiry concerns a new pack, items already posted or an offer you have received.
Read our privacy policy for information about how we handle your personal details.
Before You Contact Moonstone Gold
You may find a quick answer in our gold selling questions and answers. These cover accepted items, valuations, postage, immediate bank payment after accepting an offer, and free returns if you decline.
If you want to start a sale, use our free pack request form. For an indicative value, try the gold price calculator. A final offer follows assessment of your items.
Contact Us About Your Parcel
Before sending valuables, check the supplied packing instructions and confirm suitable insurance cover. Speak to our team first if your items may exceed £2,500 or you are unsure about the delivery arrangements. Keep your postal receipt and tracking reference for any follow-up enquiry.
First, check your parcel’s progress using Royal Mail tracking. Then, contact Moonstone Gold if you need help with the next step. Include the date you posted the parcel and its reference so we can identify the delivery.
If your question concerns a valuation, tell us which item or part of the offer you want explained. We can clarify the assessment before you decide whether to sell. Also, let us know if you need information about the return process.
