Moonstone Gold Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Moonstone Gold Prize Draw (“the Prize Draw”) is open to all individuals aged 18 and over who complete a gold sale with Moonstone Gold.
1.2. Employees of Moonstone Gold, their family members, or anyone directly connected to the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Requirements
2.1. To qualify for entry, customers must send their gold to Moonstone Gold and complete the sale before the last Friday of each calendar month.
2.2. Only successful gold sales will be considered valid entries.
2.3. Each completed sale qualifies as one entry into the Prize Draw.
3. Prize Details
3.1. The prizes for the Prize Draw may vary each month. Current prizes include an iPhone 12 (64GB) and a soundbar.
3.2. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
3.3. Moonstone Gold reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of similar value if necessary.
4. Draw and Winner Selection
4.1. The Prize Draw will take place on or shortly after the last Friday of each month.
4.2. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
4.3. The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently.
5. Notification of Winners
5.1. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided during their transaction within 7 days of the draw.
5.2. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Moonstone Gold reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Publicity & Data Protection
6.1. By entering, participants agree that their name and general location (e.g., city) may be used in promotional materials related to the Prize Draw.
6.2. Any personal data collected will be handled in accordance with Moonstone Gold’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties.
7. General Terms
7.1. Moonstone Gold reserves the right to amend or cancel the Prize Draw at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Any attempt to manipulate the Prize Draw will result in disqualification.
7.3. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
7.4. The Prize Draw is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the United Kingdom.
